‘Note: All the ingredients are equally important. Treating one ingredient better than another will leave a bitter taste.’ The British by Benjamin Zephaniah. The inspiration for our school sculpture came from the above poem, this also links brilliantly with our school values: empathy, curiosity, resilience, challenge, independence and pride. The flags represent some of the countries that make up our diverse school community. The rainbow colours on the head and the legs represent our house team colours. The children at Wigmore believe that it is an important message to get across and we hope that Toby will make you smile together.
