Downside Primary School have chosen to paint our tortoise, Aura, mainly in shades of purple to represent our school community: it is the colour which ties us all together. Aura’s shell depicts our core values which underpin everything we do here at Downside. Kindness stands at our heart and we are guided by the quote, ‘No act of kindness is ever wasted’.
