Sarah is a freelance illustrator and designer, from Bedfordshire. Sarah has painted murals and public art sculptures, worked illustrating children’s picture books and magazines. She loves creating colourful and textured art which sparks joy! Sarah is the local artist behind The Short Tail Trail’s first painted sculptures.

“I have worked with Keech Hospice Care on the Big Trunk Trail, elephant and The Short Tail Trail, hare. It was very exciting unwrapping the hare, and I felt honoured to be trusted with the important task of painting this creature to life. It is great how this fun family-friendly art trail gives back to the local community, brings people together, whilst also raising awareness for Keech Hospice Care. The team at the hospice are knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, focused, and I would encourage anyone interested in The Short Tail Trail to reach out to them, ask questions and get involved!”
