Freya James

Freya is a 21 year old Graphic Design student, currently on an industry placement year at university and is keen to be involved in creative projects with love and community at the centre. With a passion for illustration, Freya aspires to create colourful designs that can be enjoyed by all ages, inspiring happiness, peace and fun.

Taking inspiration from the many myths and links between hares and moons, she has designed a piece showcasing a landscape in the moonlight, playing with different blues, greens and purples that make the sculpture stand out.

“I hope that this design gives a sense of Luton’s surrounding landscapes, imagining the fields you fly over before landing.”
